Are you feeling stuck? Do you need a change? Do you need to take control of your nutrition? Change your mindset? Make your fitness a priority? Then SHIFT6 is perfect for you. This all-inclusive program combines fitness, nutrition, and mindset so that we can make a total SHIFT to a healthier, happier you.
SHIFT6 is 6 weeks long including three, 2 week phases. Each phase includes six unique workouts meant to work in tandem to build strength and endurance, as well as burn fat, increase metabolism, and create inner confidence. The workouts are repeated in the second week of the phase, using our SHIFT6 tracker sheets, to show improvement in physical fitness. Six new workouts are given in each phase for a total of 18 unique workouts meant to challenge and change you. These videos will be available in our accountability group.
Making change is tough. However when you surround yourself with others making the SHIFT alongside you - you are more likely to succeed. That is why we have created accountability groups via Facebook. There you will find a meeting of the minds. Cheering from myself and those who are going through the SHIFT with you. There will be posts full of encouragement, helpful tips and tricks, and even extra recipes to add to the bountiful recipes in the SHIFT6 recipe book.
Our SHIFT6 recipe book is a compilation of my favorite go-to healthy, tasty, quick, and easy recipes. You will find sections for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, drinks, and dressings. Each section has a variety of meals to reach even the pickiest taste-buds and satisfy those sweet-tooth's! I have also included great resources for prepacked goods to go along with our busy lifestyles. We get that life can get tough and that is why SHIFT6 also comes with a Nutrition Guide.
After reading through the SHIFT6 Nutrition Guide you will begin to understand three different options in tailoring your food choices. You can pick between these three options depending on your lifestyle and the results you wish to achieve. I understand nutrition is NOT a one size fits all and in order to be successful, you need to find what works for you! I am here to help you choose and bring you guidance along the 6 weeks.

Our in person group fitness classes are HIIT (high intensity interval training) or Bootcamp style. HIIT classes are a form of interval training with quick burst of high intensity meant to drive up your heart rate followed by quick recovery periods. This is repeated until exhaustion. Bootcamp workouts involve large functional full body movements that activate a lot of muscle mass. You can get a great aerobic (cardio), anaerobic, and strength training workout all at the same time. All of our classes have modifications and intensifiers because we truly believe that fitness is for everyone. You just have to find what works for you!
