About Us

A Personal Trainer Who Cares

Our founder and trainer, Caitlin, takes your fitness goals seriously. She understands that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. At MOB Fitness we create an environment for all. Caitlin's favorite quote is "fitness is for everyone - you just have to find what works for you" And our classes do just that.

 

Our Story

 Welcome to MOB fitness. Do not worry. We’re not talking mafia here - the name was inspired by the tiny humans who inspire me and get me up and moving every morning. Max, Ophelia, & Braxton.

We began in October of 2020, yes during the height of the pandemic, to add a sense of normalcy and to create and outlet for those, including myself, in need. We started with in-person HIIT and Bootcamp style classes. That quickly turned in to a virtual offering to reach more people and create a comfort level with at home fitness. Our latest development SHIFT6 came about when clients inspired us to help make a transformational SHIFT in fitness, nutrition, and mindset.

Caitlin is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She has been working in the health and wellness industry for 11 years.

 We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes part of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
